摘要:
This paper presents three-dimensional finite element analysis of piezoelectric transducer and transformer. The validity of finite element analysis routine in this paper is confirmed comparing the impedance results of piezoelectric transducer experimentally The effects of width variation to the characteristics of transformer, such as resonance frequency and voltage step-up ratio, are calculated. It is shown that the variation of width of piezoelectric transformer affects its vibration characteristics.
