The role of simulation gaming in policy-making

This payer considers the changing policy-making context and how this is increasing the complexity of policymaking. It argues that a useful way of dealing with this problem is the development of the ability of policy-makers to appreciate wholes and gain a systems awareness of the issues surrounding policies.
