摘要
In this paper, a detailed study for one of the major problems in crops tracking inside and outside the warehouses is presented. Two different RFID tags attached to bottles of liquids and boxes of vegetables have been used to measure the received signal strength for various positions separating the antenna and the tags. The appropriate RFID tags have been chosen carefully depending on tag performances attached to the type of crops and liquids. Radio communication quality between the antenna and the tags at 868 MHz is studied to avoid non-read and undetected tag problems. Measurement results show that the study helps to find the optimal position for detection and also compatible tags for each type of crops and liquids.
