摘要：
Factor Xa (FXa) is a serine protease which plays a pivotal role in the coagulation cascade. The inhibition of FXa has received a great interest as a potential target for the development of new antithrombotic drugs. Herein we describe a highly convenient and efficient synthesis of the orally active FXa inhibitor DX-9065a (1) via an anionic key step reaction. The subsequent transformations led to (+/-)DX-9065a (1).
