The Role of University President and Its Realization

A university president is the soul of the university. The role of "Educationalist" is the first, foremost, important and most fundamental role of a university president. Furthermore, a university president is expected to be more than a general "Educationalist", and he shall strive to become a "political" Educationalist. To become and bring up a "political" Educationalist, on his own, the president of the university must complete the self-competency development, must invest more time and energy to school-running, and must be "political" like a politician in the forming process of education idea, especially in the school-running practice of the university.
