Scheme comparison of video compression with 3-D wavelet transform

摘要
Video compression is becoming more and more popular today with the development of Internet and video product application. For video compression, beyond the standardized standards such as MPEG, H261, 3-D wavelet transform has increasingly attracted attention. In this paper, we proposed and examined three 3-D wavelet transform related compression algorithms. The results and analyses indicate that the combination of 3-D wavelet transform and zerotree coding could be an effective and effective approach.
