摘要
Sharing knowledge can be qualified as a manifestation of productive organizational behavior because it affects the development of each individual employee and as a consequence development of the entire organization. Stimulating the knowledge sharing behavior can therefore be considered as an element of competitive advantage of the organization. Because knowledge, according to the theory of personalization, is strongly linked to the man who possess it, interprets and gives it a context, stimulating knowledge sharing behavior faces many psychological, social, but also organizational barriers. The aim of the article is to analyze the aspects that determine the occurrence of specified knowledge sharing behavior within the organization on the literature review.
