Extracting Requirements for Design a Two-Wheels Electric Vehicle and proposing a design procedure

摘要
In recent years many countries in the world face with the problem of air pollution. The fossil fuels which have been used in the urban transport are one of the major exacerbating factors. The studies have shown that the development of the electric transport systems can play a significant role in reducing fossil fuel consumption and hence reducing air pollution. Among the various types of the electric vehicles, the two wheels electric vehicle such as electric bicycle, motorcycle and scooter can play an important role in reducing urban traffic and noise pollution, and increasing general health indicators, in addition to reducing air pollution. Regarding these points, many researchers around the world are involved in the design process of these vehicles. In this paper, a review of different structures of e-bike, the limitations and standards, the mathematical relations in design process, the different types of applied electric motors and different types of batteries have been conducted. Finally, an important flow-chart for design and manufacture of a two wheel electrical vehicle is suggested.
