摘要
The politically initiated energy turnaround in Germany changes the decision-making structures concerning the development of the future power generation sector. In this context a future energy system has to fulfill the principle of sustainability which is characterized by multiple criteria and diverse stakeholder interests. In this paper we propose a multi-period, multi-objective optimization method for the expansion planning, and regionalization of power generation structures for Germany. The expansion planning for fossil power plants is based on a Genetic Algorithm, while the problem for regionalization of renewable energies is solved by the Data Envelopment Analysis. The developed methods are described in detail and novel methodical approaches are presented. Finally exemplary results for the development of the German power generation sector are shown and discussed.
