Magnetic field influence on excitons in coupled quantum wells and coupled quantum dots and on exciton polaritons in microcavities

摘要
We consider magnetic field effect on properties of spatially indirect excitons in coupled quantum wells and coupled quantum dots and on exciton polaritons in optical microcavity. Magnetic field controls exciton dispersion curve and its intersection with microcavity photon dispersion curve and thus changes polariton spectra. (c) 2006 WELEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KG&A, Weinheim.
