摘要：

A guaranteed cost control problem for uncertain singular time-delay systems is investigated by LMI method. Sufficient conditions for the existence of guaranteed cost controller are given. The design of the robust guaranteed cost controller and the corresponding performance index of the systems are obtained. The conditions is in term of LMIs and convinent to use the toolbox of Matlab, and the conditions is delay-dependent, then the conservation is lower than some articles. Firially,an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.
