The Maximize Profits Study of Mathematical Analysis on Quality Coefficient

This paper discusses a calculation problem of university teaching rewards, that is, different calculation methods are different results, viz. in the two calculation methods, regardless of the election there will be some people that mean more money pays, and some people will be repaid less money. The goal of this research is to search a approach of the maximize profits for everyone to deal with above problems. The multi-group data analysis is used in method and found a law: It should select different calculation methods under different quality factors, in order to guarantee the maximization of the interests of each person. The mathematical reasoning is used to argue and evaluate all results. Finally, the conclusion is used to promote other departments and enterprises for reference.
