摘要：

Growth of sinter production at the Chelyabinsk metallurgical combine was discussed. Increased productivity was achieved after the installation of MAK-75 sintering machine, whose distinctive feature included an improved design of ignition hearth. The operation of the sinter plant was modified as the operation was complicated by irregular deliveries of raw materials and poor-quality averaging of the latter.
