摘要：
The construction and perfection of rural land asset market is the key to the reform of China's land system, and it is also an important breakthrough the establishment of a unified urban and rural construction in market. Starting from the analysis of the status of land development rights system of Rural land Assets market in China, the paper summarize negative influences of China's Rural land Assets market due to lack of land development right. Then starting from the analysis of British and American land development right system, the paper proposes the design and operation of China's rural land development right system: the inquiry of ownership of China's rural land development right; brief introduction of the configuration of rural land development right; discussion of the circulation and trading system of rural land development right; related suggestions of the management of rural land development right.
