摘要：

The article considers the problem of developing the system approach to the financial risks' management, the approach is aimed at achieving the system effect as the additional reduction of the overall level of the financial risk of a business subject, as well as costs reduction during file realization of the preventive and compensatory measures aimed at the reduction of the negative impact of the financial threats. Possibility of both positive and negative system effects' emergence during the management process is considered.
