摘要
To implement function of microscopical automatic focusing as well as obtaining the nuclear track image. we make use of MATLAB to analyze histogram feature frequency spectrum feature and edge feature of different focalized nuclear track image obtained from microscope and confirm that the Robert operator is used to detect edge Of nuclear track image,c meanwhile we consider the maximum Of the sum Of intensity value of image as an appraisal standard of focalization value for nuclear track image and according to the standard design automatic focalization arithmetic of the microscope.
