摘要:
This paper designs a set of elevator safety operation management system, including lower computer hardware and software design and PC design. Lower computer hardware includes single chip main control circuit, the acceleration sensor circuit Lis31v02dq, temperature sensor circuit DS18B20, serial circuit and the LCD circuit. Lower computer software read the acceleration data and elevator operation temperature using C language programming, and display on the LCD in real time. Lower computer send data to the PC through the serial port. PC manages historical data and real-time data of the elevator effectively using delphi programming. Without damaging the original structure of the elevator, this safety management program can achieve real-time monitor the elevator through data collection and digital processing. This paper presents a cheap and effective method for elevator safety operation management and it is easy to modify.
