Distributed Fixed-Time Secondary Frequency Control for Incremental-Cost-Droop based Islanded Microgrids

摘要
This paper presents a distributed secondary frequency restoration scheme for incremental cost droop-controlled microgrids. The proposed scheme achieves accurate frequency restoration and optimal active power sharing within the fixed time. The upper hound of settling time is independent of initial conditions, which makes it possible to predesign the settling time of the control system. The fixed-time convergence is rigorously proved by applying Lyapunov theory. Finally, a case study is conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
