Theoretical Analysis and Mechanism Design of Adverse Selection and Moral Hazard in the platform of science and technology Papers Published via Internet

In recent years, electronic journals are in common use by researchers. The network platform of scientific papers published has been known by researchers gradually. However, with the development of network platform, the academic quality of the papers become the bottleneck of restricting the improvement of the platform, adverse selection and moral hazard are the main reason which affect the academic quality of scientific papers on the platform. Therefore, this paper starts from the problem of adverse selection and moral hazard, explores the control mechanism of academic quality, at last, this paper presents a general solution strategy for the network platform.
