摘要
Considering the development of modem electronic test technique and the urgent need of test technique for electronic equipments, this paper introduces the structural features and technique of virtual instruments and expounds the realization of the hardware design methods and the key techniques of the digital test and control system based on the virtual instruments. The digital test and control system is portable and can be remote supported. And it meets the requirements of intellectualization, automation and modularization of modem electronic equipments.
