摘要：

Agriculture constantly experiences advances in information technology. The paper discusses the adoption of information technology among agricultural enterprises, especially small-medium sized firms. The survey result shows that information technology has not widely used in Chinese agricultural enterprises, and the utilization level is low. Most of firms have adopted it in daily management, few of them in E-Commerce. Many agricultural enterprises have not been satisfied with the return of informatization investment. Lack of funds, professionals and misunderstanding are the main factors prohibiting the use of information technology. the Chinese agricultural enterprises should catch the key point to adopt information technology.
