摘要：
with the development and prosperity of real estate market, real estate appraisal is of increasing importance. Since there are many business activities connected with the examination of real estate value, it's significant to establish a scientific appraisal approach so as to build an equal economic order in the society. In this paper an new grey analogy method of the real estate price evaluation is established This is a simple and convenient method Finally the paper describes the utility of this method with an example.
