摘要：
BACKGROUND: Vulvar lesions may be seen as part of a systemic disease. CASE: A 54-year-old woman developed vulvar lesions as a feature of Wegener's granulomatosis. CONCLUSION: The vulva can be involved in systemic vasculitis but only rarely.
