The relationship between anxiety and coping modes: A preliminary investigation

摘要：
This article describes a study in which the responses of 199 participants to two factor analytic - derived sets of anxiety and coping mode measures were correlated. The two canonical variates derived from the study suggest that coping strategies and perceptions of control are differentially associated with stable and transitory types of anxiety.
