摘要：
Safety culture construction in petroleum enterprises is the core of the "people-oriented" management thinking. It is the safety management of oil enterprises the fundamental starting point and ultimate goal. Petroleum enterprises safety culture construction effective management mode is the effective method and measure, accomplish train, motivate people, caring for people, respect people, fully mobilize the people of the construction of the safety culture of the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, enhance staff awareness of safety and cohesion.
