摘要
This paper aims to explore the main issues of the current heating system in north region of China operating in winter and proposes the corresponding solutions. Through the scientific investigation and analysis of the heating system in a residential district located in Shijiazhuang city, this paper probes into the current heat supply and energy consumption of the district in winter, finding the problems mainly in the following four aspects: high HER value of circulating water pump, deficient heat metering measure, no adjustment measure of temperature and flow, incomplete testing instruments. Upon these problems, this paper proposes a scheme to reconstruct heating system indoors, pipe network outdoors and heating power station. Through operating, testing and data analysing during a heating period, the results show that the reconstructed system has remarkable effect on energy conservation, saving about 22.4% than before. The evaluation on saving energy and reducing the emission as well as the prediction on the payback period of investment demonstrate the same result as well that the energy saving reconstruction helps to improve the environment with the short payback period of investment. On the whole, the reconstruction of heat system has achieved good economic and social interests.
