摘要
This study used signaling theory to explain and evaluate the effectiveness of high performance work practices. Analyses of data from the software industry in Hangzhou supported the hypothesis that firms with more high performance work practices generate more financial performance than firms with few of these practices. This study also confirmed the organizational signaling process, which means organization use high performance work practices as signals to indicate their competition advantage.
