In this paper, it uses the live semi-structured interviews and the application of behavioral event interview technology, through the content of the interview material to analyze the elements encoding, Validity, explore and propose the structural dimension of migrant workers pioneering social network mechanism, and it makes the descriptive statistical analysis.
