摘要：
Supply chain alliance is a new-style pattern of enterprise management, which can realize the full use of both interior and exterior resources. Enlargement of transaction quantity drives the great transaction creation emerging continuously. This paper analyzes model and formation causes of transaction creation, and discusses the course of producing transaction creation.
