摘要
This paper deals with a solution of the problem of shaking moment minimization of fully force-balanced linkages. The conditions for reduction of shaking moment are formulated by the minimization of the root mean square (r.m.s.) value of the shaking moment. The method is realized by displacements of the axes of rotation of the counterweights mounted on the frame. The efficiency of the suggested solution is illustrated by a numerical example in which an 80% reduction in the shaking moment of fully force-balanced six-bar linkage is achieved.
