As a new employee you should expect all of the following: to be fairly compensated for your work, to be adequately trained, to be provided a healthy work environment, to have honest and open communication, and to have an employer with integrity. At the same time, your new employer will expect you to be intelligent, motivated, honest, disciplined, willing to learn, and an excellent communicator.
