Semi-empirical systematic of (n, 3He) reaction cross section at 14,6 MeV

摘要
A new semi-empirical formula for the calculation of (n(3)He) reaction cross section at an energy of 14.6 MeV is suggested, It contains four free parameters to fit few experimental data, we propose additional parameter to formula proposed by Broeders and Konobeyev (2007) that increase the contribution of pre-equilibrium 3He particle emission. The exciton model in closed form and coalescence model are used to describe the pre -equilibrium 3He particle emission in reaction induced by neutron. Compared to earlier works the proposed systematics is more close to experimental data and performs statistical parameters Sigma and chi(2).
