摘要：
By studying the significance of reforming small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, and state-owned capitals' retreating from small and medium-sized enterprises, this article considers the adoption of MBO to be the first selected mode of small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises reformation. This article then discusses practical approaches of the use of MBO in small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, and finally recommends one method of carrying out MBO.
