摘要
Recently, the electric vehicles (EVs) is developing rapidly. With the upgrading of power battery, echelon use power battery becomes he focus. The paper analyzes the research methods and economic efficiency indexes of battery energy storage system (BESS), and constructs a modified cost-benefit model considering the effects of government subsidy and environmental income. Finally, we take the cost and income sensitivity with "Zhangbei Project" as an example. The conclusion is that echelon use BESS is economical, but the investment payback period is longer. With the development of EVs, echelon use BESS will complete the new energy industry chain, and improve the economic benefits in the future.
