摘要
The rapid development of internet of things results in the application in the field of food quality and safety monitoring. In this paper, the architecture of the food quality and safety monitoring system based on internet of things is introduced. The characteristic, laered structure and key technologies are expressed in details. Application of internet of things to monitor food quality safety are bound to realize the functions of intelligent monitoring and controlling, accurate prediction and disposing food safety incidents efficiently.
