摘要
In this paper, collisions and near misses of aircraft are investigated in the aspect of communication between the flight crewand the air navigation service. Astatistical reviewof the observationswas carried out. The analysis reveals that the most important solution to blocking the danger is the parameters of the "air traffic controller - pilot" communication in the interaction of the crew and the service. This paper briefly examines the subject of message formation from the standpoint of the mathematical theory of communication, qualitative information theory, and psycholinguistics theory of communication. The evaluation of these theories is carried out to establish the possibilities of their application. It has been established that the essential parameters of the interaction between controllers and pilots are the structure, context, and channels of voice communications, which have a much more complex structural content that is absent in modern standards. Reliability of communications between the controller and the pilot is the resultant parameter of air traffic safety surveillance. The development and design of a flight safety complex were carried out, the identification of the main object: communications "controller - pilot" and threat events. In practical terms, the work is aimed at developing collision protection recommendations by optimizing the standards of the regulatory framework.
