摘要
The enzyme biosensor has been developed based on screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE) containing rhodium dioxide as a mediator and alcohol dehydrogenase as a biocatalyst. Enzyme was immobilized on the electrode surface by electropolymerization of m-phenylenediamine. Resulting biosensor have been tested in model samples of ethanol. In such applications, the biosensor showed a linear response in the range of 15-120 g L-1 ethanol with a detection limit of 3.3 gL(-1) (3 sigma) and a response time of 19 s. The sensor was applied for analyses of selected alcoholic drinks with very good results.
