摘要：
A limited understanding of the nature of chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia has previously complicated the management of these disorders. Recent research has provided insights into their pathophysiology, as well as evidence for effective treatment. There is now reasonable research backing for cognitive-behavioural therapy and graded exercise in chronic fatigue syndrome, whilst exercise and antidepressants offer some benefits in fibromyalgia.
