摘要：
The existence of an enterprise is decisively determined by the social-economic context in which it operates. Much attention has been paid to the negative effect of crises on the creation, survival and growth of SME's. In this article we examine from a historical, social and economic point of view, how actually the impact of the crises on SME's provided an opportunity for their development based on a review of theoretical studies.
