By using the method of literature and logical analysis to analysis and research our fitness club growing dilemma. The result shows that, in the human-oriented context, fitness club management should be based on the basic theory of Y management thought; adhering to the "employee's first" management concept; take management measures of "make people settled down"; take bootstrapping management strategy
