摘要：
Competition is a very prominent issue in today's economic life and competition is already moving across country borders as well as across cultural barriers. The essay shall demonstrate how international companies are faced with different cultural approaches and how this may affect their business life. It shall even go one step further and draw up possible solutions how to approach and secure the own competitiveness within a multicultural environment.
