摘要：
Modem enterprises function in conditions of globalization of free-market economy and increasing competition. Finding out the rules of their functioning depends on environment monitoring system. The knowledge about requirements of environment, guarantees the business success. An attempt of creating of index concept formalism of the environment was taken in the article. The shown models take into account the specified architecture of the E-business environment monitoring. The mechanism of the monitoring system was shown on an example of Production and Orders Departments of the chosen enterprise.
