摘要
We demonstrate an achromatic multi-level diffractive lens, which has a focal length of 25 mm, the aperture diameter of 8.93 mm, and thickness of 2.6 mu m operating in the SWIR band (875 nm - 1675 nm). (C) 2020 The Author(s)
