John Fetzer has presented his views regarding the personality trait of most of the scientists and also some suggestions to enhance their interaction skills. Seven out of ten chemists are introverts according to articles on the Myers-Briggs personality test and feel reticent in speaking, worrying upon how they and their comments will be taken. These people should take the initiative in several small ways. As all papers have an address and most have an e-mail address for the main author, so if such scientists have some questions, comments, or ideas for further work, should send them. If the thoughts are novel, a collaboration or acknowledgement can result and they can made themselves more noticed. At a conference, they can with the presenters of interesting talks and posters, by showing genuine interest.
