摘要：
Based oil the difference between private benefits of control and excessive benefits of control, we have measured the corporate sustainability by means of sustainable growth rate and studied how it is influenced by large shareholders' control rights. It is discovered that the positive correlation between two variables, the control of large shareholders and corporate sustainable growth, is significant, with the variables of risk level, size, industries and information openness being equal. It is presented with a non-linear inversed S-curve. Therefore, a majority of benefits of control from large shareholders can be considered justified.
