摘要
Ethic construction in pharmaceutical corporate concerns people's life and health, continuous and harmonious development of the corporate, and the efficiency of the pharmaceutical market. The nature of ethic construction in pharmaceutical corporate is that the corporate should assume the social responsibilities for the stakeholders, including the basic responsibilities for the customers, owners, employees, and middlemen, as well as the higher responsibilities for the competitors, community, and the nation. The ethic construction based on social responsibilities is a complicated systematic project, a process of cognition, exhortation, acceptance, and innateness, and an evolution from lower to higher stage. It requires strengthening the ethic construction from micro-, middle- and macro-level so as to improve the efficiency in pharmaceutical market.
