摘要：

Monotone method for solving singular nonlinear Neumann boundary value problem was discussed. The existence of a solution was proved for problem admitting lower and upper solutions in the reversed order. Analysis of mixed problems revealed the presence of a non-increasing sequence of negative eigenvalues.
