摘要：

Since 1980, insurance industry in our country has developed swiftly and violently. However, it still trails the average level compared with other countries in the world. Telling its own tale, the industry will put up a big potential developing space in the near future. Especially After joining in WTO, insurance industry in our country has being faced more intense market competition with both challenges and chances. In such living circumstance, if insurance industry wants to develop continuously, it must improve its competing power. So it is a must to discuss the efficiency of insurance industry here.
