摘要：
With the rapid development of small businesses, the issues of survival and development of small businesses are attracting the attentions of researchers all over the world. The issues refer to financing, innovation mode, management strategy, technology innovation, marketing strategy, etc. In this paper, the problems of comprehensive evaluation of survival basis and innovation types for small businesses are discussed, based on fuzziness of index, the corresponding fuzzy state comprehensive evaluation method is presented.
