Effect of Process and Material on TFT-LCD's Image Sticking

摘要
Effect of the process parameter and material character on the image sticking of thin-film transistor liquid crystal displays (TFT-LCDs) have been investigated through the experiments in this paper. The experimental results show that both by optimizing of the process parameter and material character can improve the image sticking quality of TFT-LCD products. In process parameter, rising the PI pre-bake temperature, reducing the cell process steps of color filter and shorting the Q-time especially after water cleaning processes are useful in image sticking improvement. In material character, the color resist material with lower voltage holding ratio (VHR) is also helpful to the image sticking improvement.
